Lakme Winter fashion week 2019 came to an end but it gave us various designs which are very unique and inspired by Indian culture. We can’t call this fashion runway bridal centred because we saw so many traditional based western couture. From Deepika’s elegant look for Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla to Ananya Pandey’s run-walk for Arpita Mehta and Anushree Reddy are inspirations for our modern brides. Although personally, I liked the new collection by Ridhi Mehra “Ziya, An Ode to The Hairlooms” which is basically both for the brides and bridesmaids. This collection mixes traditional and contemporary Gujrati motifs with edgy Kashmiri embroidery.
So, here I am showcasing her designs straight off runway Lakme Winter Festive Season 2019.
